Appealing Application

Banned? Fill out this application to either support that your ban was flawed, or you are sorry for it. When you are appealed, you only have one chance left. You will be monitored heavily by a moderator for a couple days. If you do break that chance, you will be IP banned. E-mail it to: verumcraft@gmail.com

Please clear your minecraft.jar before returning to the server, your account will be locked with a custom antihack after this application is filled out. The reason it helps is because we make a custom antihack with the specs you listed.

Issues with a user/admin/moderator
We do not condone attitude that revolves around admins/moderators believing they are exempt from the rules. Every admin, moderator, and user must follow all the guidelines that are in place. If you know of a admin/moderator breaking any rules at all, please take a screenshot and send it to:  verumcraft@gmail.com
